White ago, as a food photographer, I had the fantastic opportunity to collaborate with a great kosher restaurant in Aventura, FL "Ms. Dixie", now it is "Capas Burger". This wasn't just any eatery; it was a culinary haven where burgers aren't just served; they're crafted, and healthy food alongside fresh juices is the daily mantra. The shoot was as vibrant and lively as the cafe itself, with each dish telling its own story of freshness and flavor. From the succulent burgers that could make a vegetarian reconsider, to the fresh juices that seemed to whisper "who needs coffee?" every shot captured the essence of the restaurant's commitment to quality and taste. It was a delightful experience, blending my love for photography with the art of kosher cuisine. And yes, even the salads looked like they could start a party on the plate!
